IT OVERTAKES ME

I’m sick of being acknowledged in return for acknowledging. I’m sick of initiating conversation and movement. I’m sick of being the one that takes the chance and goes for it, for every reason besides the thrill and occasional success.

We all get shit that we don’t deserve. We all lose things and end up never finding them, and forget about them after they’ve been replaced.

Most people I give my time to don’t deserve me, and I don’t deserve the way that they treat me. I could’ve always been wiser and left it at “they don’t deserve me,” but I am always one to search for a reason why they do.
